You are constantly giving off vibrations and energy when you think and feel.  Vibrations are picked up and received by other people.  The law of attraction states that the universe responds to whatever you are offering and doesn’t care if it is good for you or not.  So, if you give off good vibes the universe provides you more good vibes in return.  But if you give off bad vibes…  The problem is most of the time; you are not aware of what vibration you are offering.  So how do you change your awareness and, therefore, change your life?

RECOGNIZING YOUR RUT

To change any aspect of your life, you first need to do a reality check of where you are.  Because when you are simply responding unconsciously to what happens around you tend to stay stuck in the rut of your current condition.  So, this is why most people’s lives never seem to change very much because their rut becomes their comfort zone.  Because your comfort zone can be addictive you can end up at some point in your life and suddenly realize you never did all the things you really wanted to do.  There are two steps to recognizing your rut.

1. OBSERVE

Observe what you currently have and are presently receiving into your life.  Do you feel unfulfilled in any area of your life?  Your relationships?  Your purpose?  Or maybe, your job?  This is your reality.  It might feel harsh to really take a look and see what you have become comfortable with, having accepted less than you really want.  But this step is a must.  

2. FEEL THE RUT

How do you feel when you look at your reality?  Are you lonely?  Do you feel lost?  Do you feel undervalued or not appreciated?  The feelings you have are the vibrations you are putting into the world.  And your vibrations become your energy.  The universe responds to your vibrations and energy accordingly.

BEING A VICTIM OF YOUR VIBRATIONS AND ENERGY

Until you take control of your vibrations and energy, you will remain a victim of them.  Your life will not change until you choose to change it.  Even if you are unhappy, that can become your comfort zone.  The feelings that exist in your comfort zone are your vibrations and energy.  But, sometimes, it requires more exertion of will to make changes than you believe possible.  And if that is how you feel, recognize you just put that vibration and energy into the world, and the universe will again respond accordingly.

MINDFUL INTERNAL ASSESSMENT

Before you can begin internal creation of what you truly desire, you need to become mindful of why your current vibrations and energy are what they are.  Are you responding to the expectations or others?  Do you hold onto limiting beliefs about yourself?  Are you complacent to avoid judgment?  You can and should take control over what you feel and how you feel about yourself.  Because you are worth living the life you truly want.    

7 STEPS TO CHANGE YOUR VIBRATIONS AND ENERGY THROUGH AWARENESS  

1. IDENTIFY WHAT YOU TRULY WANT

It is essential to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want.  What are your dreams?  What does the life you truly want look like?  Do not confuse this with the life you think you can have.  Set aside limitations and go for it.  Call upon your inner child if necessary.  Approach this step with the mind of a child whose experiences do not hold them back.    

2. FEEL THE BOUNDARIES

Now, focus on what you want and feel any boundaries are holding you back?  Do you feel fear?  Lack self-confidence?  Feel unworthy?  Those feelings are boundaries that need to be removed.  Feel them, so you recognize them and can exert your will against them in the future.  Because to overcome these feelings you need to recognize them instead of being unaware they are impacting your vibe and energy. 

3. VISUALIZE AND FEEL WHAT YOU TRULY WANT

Visualize the life you truly want.  I don’t mean that you simply visualize a beautiful beach that you want to live on.  I mean, visualize the person you are standing on that beach.  Now feel who you are.  The feelings you have as you visualize are the ones you will use to replace your current feelings about your boundaries.  

4. HOLD ONTO YOUR NEW VIBRATIONS AND ENERGY

Do not let go of the feelings of who you are in the life you truly want.  Hold onto those feelings like your life depends on it because it does.  Let me say that again.  Hold onto the feelings of the person you want to be like your life depends on it because it does.    The law of attraction does not respond to words you use or the thoughts you think; it responds to how you feel about what you say and think.    

5. RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS AND ENERGY WITH AFFIRMATIONS

6. RELEASE IT

The next step is to release your new vibrations and energy into the universe.  Put it out there.  Be the person living the life you truly want.  Breathe it in and then breathe it out.  Breathe in the new you, breathe out the old you.  Because you are worth it.        

7. ALLOW YOUR FREQUENCY TO REMAIN HIGH

If you doubt that you can live the life you truly want, then you are not allowing it.  You are pushing it further away by sending contradictory vibrations and energy into the world, and the universe will again respond accordingly.  So, allow your frequency to remain high by being the person living the life you truly want.  Because you are worth it.  (I know I’ve said that a few times, but it’s worth repeating.)

Nothing changes if nothing changes.  You CAN live the life you truly want.  Through awareness, you can willfully change your feelings.  So the vibrations you put into the universe come back to you to attract everything you ever wanted.  And I speak from experience when I tell you the vibrations and energy you put into the universe actually attract more than you could have ever imagined.
